Pizza Dough:
3/4 cup (99g) Fit Flour (The secret to making any baked good, high protein)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup (170g) Greek yogurt
Inside ("Toppings") :
Turkey Pepperoni (30g)
1/2 cup (56g) fat-free mozzarella
But you can stuff yours with whatever pizza toppings you desire!
Step 1: whisk all dry dough ingredients together.
Step 2: add Greek yogurt and mix in. Can work with your hands to form and kneed a dough ball.
Step 3: roll out two 7-8 inch pizzas.
Step 4: top one pizza with toppings of your choosing.
Step 5: Place the second pizza on top.
Step 6: Throw into a waffle maker on the highest setting. While it cooks apply some light pressure to ensure an even bake.
Enjoy with a marinara or ranch dipping sauce!
