600 calories
80g protein
32g carbs
15g fat
Ingredients:
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Allulose or sweetener of choice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp (45g) egg whites
Instructions:
Microwave water for 20-30 seconds so it’s warm, not hot.
Add yeast and dissolve.
Warm up milk and butter 20-30 seconds again.
Add to yeast/water.
Add vanilla and egg whites.
Whisk.
Add dry ingredients. Fit Flour, salt, and allulose
Mix all together until it’s paste-like.
Put dough/paste a ziplock baggie. And cut a hole to pie into a donut mold.
Should make 5 donuts filled half way.
Pat on counter for dough to settle into the mold.
Leave on counter 2 hours.
Then bake at 350 for 10 mins
Glaze is 1 tbsp milk and 1/2 cup powder allulose.
