Gluten-Free Pizza (High Protein Pizza)

Pizza Dough Macros:

780 calories

72g of protein

78g of carbs

20g of Fat


Ingredients:

1 packet of instant yeast

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

3/4 cup warm water

1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl (save 1/2 cup of Fit Flour)

  2. Whisk.

  3. Pour in water and oil

  4. Mix until it becomes a paste

  5. Add in the remaining 1/2 cup Fit Flour

  6. Mix until a dough ball forms

  7. Let it rise for 30 mins.

  8. Roll out pizza dough 1/4 inch in height

  9. Top with your choice of toppings

  10. Bake at 425 for 13-15 mins.
