20g of Fat
Ingredients:
1 packet of instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl (save 1/2 cup of Fit Flour)
Whisk.
Pour in water and oil
Mix until it becomes a paste
Add in the remaining 1/2 cup Fit Flour
Mix until a dough ball forms
Let it rise for 30 mins.
Roll out pizza dough 1/4 inch in height
Top with your choice of toppings
Bake at 425 for 13-15 mins.
